Please visit our website and feel free to reach out via phone or email if you have any questions. To get started, create a profile on our Campsite platform and complete the participant application. Be sure to read through the application carefully, upload a current photo of your child, provide payment details, sign, and submit the form.
Once the application is submitted, we will reach out to "Parent 1" listed on the application to discuss the enrolling child(ren). This gives us a chance to learn more about your child and to make sure we can accommodate.
Once accepted, you will receive a congratulatory email. The deposit or full payment (whichever you prefer) will be processed at the time of enrollment. Please note that deposits or payments will not be processed until acceptance is confirmed.
Following the initial 2-week deposit, the remaining auto-pay installments will be evenly distributed on the following dates:
